Eleven Panthers took to the mat in Galesburg Saturday, wrestling tough and taking 3rd place out of 13 teams with 109 points. Six of the guys brought home individual medals. Senior Trever Pelton continued his winning ways, bringing home a 1st place medal. Sophomore Nathan Isbrecht also took 1st, his first bracket win in his Varsity career. Junior Isaiah Yazel looked good taking 2nd place, and was seconds away from overtime in his finals match. Senior Alex Isbrecht battled through flu like symptoms to earn his way to the finals, but was forced to forfeit the final match due to his illness and ended up in 2nd place. Sophomore Jimmy Kolosowsky and freshman Dominick Morrison both earned a 3rd place medal.

The Panthers will wrestle at home next, facing off against Coloma on Wednesday 12/18/19. Come out and support the two time defending district champion wrestling team!
