The Panthers traveled to River Valley to play in the River Valley Mustang Softball Classic on Saturday. In a rained delayed morning, the Panthers played Constantine in a tough match up but coming up short in a 4-1 loss in the opening game. Ariana Rowe pitched well in the loss. Celina Klimkiewicz was the top hitter for Watervliet with a single and a double.
