The Lady Panthers hosted their rivals, the Coloma Lady Comets in a crucial game for the division title. Whenever these two teams play they always play hard, and tonight was no exception. The Comets had a 1-2 possession lead most of the game, but the Panthers fought through foul trouble and took a 1 point lead late in the fourth quarter. The Comets hit 1 of 2 free throws with 6 seconds left to send the game to overtime, where they made enough plays to take the victory. The teams are now tied for 2nd place in the division at 8-2, and the Lady Panthers are 10-6 overall. Watervliet still has a chance to win a share of the division title should they win their last two division games.

Zoe Smith led the Panthers with 17 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals. Jaelyn Pitre and Ariana Rowe both chipped in 6 points and Rowe grabbed 8 rebounds.
