The boys cross country squad opened up the 2018 season with a 4th place finish at the 14-team Bridgman Invitational. In the tightly-packed team standings, the Panthers only missed out on second place by 2 points. Gus Hinch led the team by placing 4th overall with a great early season time of 18:25. Kade Van Niel crossed the line in 19:57 for 16th place. The rest of the Panther top five followed each other across the finish grabbing 22nd, 23rd, and 24th with Alex Isbrecht in 20:24, Matthew Hanks in 20:37, and Ezra Troyer in 20:43. Austin Roberts and Korben Camp rounded out the varsity spots finishing in 27th and 38th, respectively.
