Watervliet JV football defended their home turf Thursday evening with a 30-20 victory over Decatur. Hayden Billings and Alvin Jones Jr were both the spark the Panthers needed to complete the second half comeback. Hayden and Alvin both scored touchdowns on long runs in the 4th quarter to finish the game strong. They each had a receiving touchdown as well. The entire Panthers defense played well in the second half with exceptional play from Alvin Jones Jr, Tyler Jarvis and Rem Burke. JV football returns to action next Wednesday night vs Constantine.
