Boy’s team took on Three Rivers at home for the first round of districta yesterday evening. The Panthers were on the forefront from the whistle and made it hard the visitors to play their game. Wildcats would score first on their only shot of the half to take the lead. Jacob Shunkwiler would level the score off a miscue clearance from the visitors before the half ended to level things off. In the second half, the team continued to maintain the high press and forced the Wildcats to make errors in transition. Within 7 minutes of the second half, Adrian Hernandez would score the second goal of the game to give the Panthers the lead. With 10 mins left on the clock, JT Isbrecht would score a smashing header into the back of the net for the third and final goal of the game. In overall great defensive and midfield performance who made it uneasy for the visitors to create any chance on goal. The team will take on Hartford next Tuesday at home for a 5pm kickoff.
