Watervliet boys soccer earned a 4-0 victory over rival Coloma in a scrappy and physical matchup. The Panthers did not play their cleanest game of the season, but continued to find ways through the Coloma defense and capitalize on their opportunities. The match became increasingly physical as visitors struggled to maintain composure, leading to several chippy moments and disrupted play. Watervliet stayed focused through the rough stretches, maintained its structure and continued to pressure forward. The Panthers’ persistence paid off as they found the back of the net four times to secure the shutout victory. Brace for JT Isbrecht and one goal each for sophomores Tony Perez and Sam Casiano. The team will play Covert this Saturday in the Bangor Invitational. Kickoff set for 1:30pm.
