Watervliet JV Football Defeats Allegan, 19–6 The Watervliet Panthers JV football team hosted the Allegan Tigers on Thursday and earned a 19–6 victory. The Panthers’ offense was led by Mason Kinzler, Braidyn Dawson, and Owen Williams, who each scored a touchdown. Isaiah Ledesma also contributed with several great catches, while Jackson Bowman added a successful extra point. Defensively, Watervliet delivered a strong performance and held Allegan to just one score. Eli Woods and Xavier Walker led the defense and made several key plays throughout the game. The victory was a total team effort, with every Panther making a contribution. Watervliet is now 1–1 on the season. The Panthers will play at home again this Thursday when they host the Parchment Panthers.
