The Panthers traveled to Decatur on Wednesday and came away with an impressive 5-0 victory over the Raiders, highlighted by a dominant performance in the circle from Emma Kirksey. Kirksey tossed a complete-game no-hitter, going seven innings without allowing a hit or a walk while striking out six. Offensively, the Panthers stayed aggressive at the plate, collecting 10 hits on the night. Kaylee Bartee led the way with a single, double, and RBI, while Kendle Kiefer added two singles and an RBI. Kirksey helped her own cause with two singles, Madison Eberhard chipped in a single and RBI, and Rae Prestidge added a base hit. The Panthers will look to carry that momentum into the nightcap.
