Watervliet Public Schools

The Lady Panthers notched 4th place overall out of 17 teams at the Watervliet Relays. The team placed 4th or higher in 9 out of the 14 events. The Panthers were meet champions in the Shuttle Hurdles and the 4x800 meters. The hurdle team consisted of Braelyn Campbell, Makenzie Driver, Miranda Lowell, and Brianna Zwar. The 4x800 squad was made up of Alex Zuniga, Daniella Romero, Brianna Zwar, and Payton Yeske. Three other relay teams took 3rd place: Braelyn Campbell and Marissa Lowell in the Long Jump, Bella Clark and Mya Hood in the Discus, and Miranda Lowell in the pole vault. This was the best performance in awhile for the Panther ladies in this meet as Coach Weber nearly needed a wheelbarrow to haul away our medals after the meet.
