Watervliet JV battled hard but fell to Fennville 12-6 on Monday. The Panthers scored first when Bryson Barr drew a walk to bring in a run, and later tied the game at 2-2 in the fourth on an RBI from Don Milham. Fennville pulled away with a five-run fourth inning to take control. Remington Burke led Watervliet offensively, going 2-for-3 with 2 RBIs, while the Panthers drew 9 walks and stole 7 bases. Cam Pickens struck out 6 in three innings on the mound.
