8th Grade vs Saugatuck Middle School (24 - 38) Loss The Lady Panthers concluded their 2026 season with a loss to the visiting Trailblazers who took advantage of their size early by building a lead the Panthers could not overcome. With the conclusion of this game the Panthers have also finished their remarkable middle school basketball career. To no surprise of the packed Panther crowd, these girls went down fighting until the last second. The Panthers outscored the Trailblazers in the second half, but it was too little too late. Aubrey Pratt led the Panthers with a season high of 9 points, Ledesma had 6, Cruz had 2, Payton had 2, Apreza had 2, and Zyla had 2. Throughout their middle school years these girls have dazzled us with their exceptional talent, grit, and determination to become the best they can be. A huge thank you to all the parents who supported these girls and me as a coach. Mostly I want to thank these remarkable young women who work so hard off season and in-season to put smiles on our faces when they step on the court. If I've learned anything coaching these girls the last 5 seasons, I'm certain the best is yet to come. Coach Adams
