8th Grade vs South Haven Baseline (26 - 14) Win Get the brooms and the shovels out, the Lady Panthers get the season sweep of South Haven on the snow day. After a very slow and lazy start that saw the Panthers down 2-5 in the first quarter, they unhooked the snow plow in the second quarter outscoring the Rams 8-0 giving them a 10-5 halftime lead. It was a hard fought third quarter that saw the Panthers extend their lead to 16-9. After a lot of in and out jump shots in quarters 1-3, they finally started falling in the fourth, which included three's from Ledesma and Apreza putting the game out of reach. Special thanks to 6th grader Jocelyn Andrews for helping out the short handed Panthers. Amiah Apreza led all scorers with 7, Cruz had 6, Ledesma had 5, Andrews had 4, Payton had 2, and Pratt had 2. Come support the Lady Panthers with their last game of the season Thursday night @ Home vs Saugatuck.
