Watervliet Public Schools

The Varsity Wrestlers went down the road to Coloma on Wednesday, for team duals against Constantine and Lawton. Despite dropping both duals, the team did have some reason to celebrate, with 4 Panthers winning matches via pins. For the ladies, Maddie Myers, Brooklyn Woollett, and Naduhleigh Robart each pinned an opponent throughout the night. On the guys side of things, freshly crowned Mr. Watervliet Felipe Garcia battled his way to his first victory of the season, pinning his Lawton opponent in the final match of the dual. The ladies will have the weekend off, but the guys will head to Battle Creek Central on Saturday for an Individual Tournament.
