Dunneback Memorial Invitational

Eight Panther wrestlers went to Grand Rapids on Saturday, to compete in West Catholic High School’s Dunneback Memorial Invitational. JT Isbrecht was the lone medalist for the guys, pinning two of his opponents and winning twice more by tech fall on his way to a 3rd place finish. For the ladies, Brooklyn Woollett pinned two opponents and defeated another by tech fall, taking home a first-place medal. Maddie Myers had three wins, one by pin, one by tech fall, and one by major decision and finished in 2nd place in her bracket. Alanna Pecharich also finished in 2nd place, winning with a pin. Josh Koch pinned two of his opponents but fell shy of the podium. The team will head to Coloma on Wednesday for a pair of team conference duals.
