7th Grade Maroon Boys Basketball team beat South Haven tonight 36-9. The team controlled the game the whole way. They jumped out to a fast start with a 17-5 run in the first quarter. The rest of the game they only gave up 4 points. The Defensive focus tonight was so fun to watch. Bryce Lanning played an amazing game and led the team with tremendous energy all night long. He finished with 9. Zander Sexton and Brody Richardson chipped in 8, Kobe Dew (7) and Carter Freed (4). Brody Richardson was a spark off the bench tonight. Jaxon Cearlock, Ca'Marion Lowery, Josh Headen, and Kayden Crosby all played lock down defense tonight. Last game of the season is Thursday in the middle school gym at 5.
