Watervliet High School

Watervliet 8th grade Maroon Basketball won at home vs Coloma 30-20. The team showed a much improved defensive effort for four quarters. Offensively the Panthers were lead my Isaiah Ledesma with 8 points who attacked the basket all night. Eli Wood played a great game adding 6 points of his own and had a handful of beautiful assists. Braidyn Dawson hit two big time 3 point shots to break the game open in the third quarter and Mason Kinzler finished with 5 points. The team returns to action Thursday night at Home for their first round game in the All Area Tournament.
