The 6th grade boys had their season opener tonight and defeated Lakeshore 36-29. The boys lead from the jump and took a 10 point lead into the half. Great defense, and solid play by all 10 Panthers helped with getting their first win of the season. The Panthers were led by a trio at the guard position, Caleb Guajardo lead the way with 16 points followed closely by Brody Rhinehart with 8 and Hunter Coleman with 6. Max Kenyon came off the bench chipped in 4 and the big guy in the middle, Abel Soto added 2. The boys don't get back it until Nov 19th when they will host Brandywine at 5pm looking for win #2.
