Meet Recap

The Panther boys finished third in the 10-team Division 2 race at the Bangor Invitational. Jobe Kerr, as usual, led the team with a 2nd place finish in 17:36. As has been the case so far this season, the varsity spots 2 through 7 continued to change order from the previous race. Gus Hinch was the second Panther to reach the finish line grabbing 15th place with a new PR of 18:55. Not far behind was Brent Simmons who finished 18th with a season best 19:04. Dominic Tavolacci also ran a season best to capture 22nd in 19:20. Nick Swanson brought the team scoring to a close as he crossed the finish line in 19:27, just three seconds from his PR, to get 23rd place. Klayton Marshall, still recovering from illness put in a tough effort getting 19:35 and 24th place. Other highlights on the day included new season bests from Haydon Richards and Tom Swanson, and new PRs from Kody Edmonds, Rick Ertman, Alex Isbrecht, and Josh Gruszczyk.
