Game Recap

The Lady Panthers stepped on the court ready to battle as they went up against the Harford, Indians. Panthers won 3-0 to win the set. Game one of the evening started with two aggressive digs from Maggie Lynch and Grace Smith. Those two digs set the game tempo followed by five earned points including one ace to start game one, 6-0. The Panthers never gave up their lead winning game one, 25-16. Game two started out with two ace serves by Mercede Daugherty. The Panthers denied the Indians by keeping the lead throughout the game with a strong offense and defensive play. In game three Hartford’s aggressive serving allowed them to take an early lead of 6-1. But the Panthers didn’t give up, they fought back one point at a time resulting in an exciting game. Panthers captured the win 26-24. Everyone on the team contributed to the Panthers first conference win for 2016.
