Meet Recap

The Panther ladies were once again short-handed as they finished 9th in the 14-team Bridgman Invitational. By the time the girls’ race started the clouds had parted and the sun made an already humid day even more difficult to race. The Panthers were led by Bailey Evans who finished in 27th place followed by Jade Miller in 30th place. Alyssa Hobson crossed the line in 58th while Maegan Simkins and Brenda Hess rounded out the scoring for the Panthers on the day. The team looks forward to a couple weeks of good training and having a full squad together for their next race, the Teske Invitational held at the Van Buren Fairgrounds on Thursday, September 8th.
